Order Processing

Most items are made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production of Core Collection items. Custom work orders have 2-4 week production lead time.

US Domestic Shipping

Free domestic shipping for orders over $75. Orders under $75 will be charged a flat rate of $10. All orders shipped via USPS Priority.

International Shipping

International orders will be charge a $40 flat rate for shipping. International orders ship via USPS International First Class. International orders are not eligible for Free Shipping.

Return Policy

Returns

All unworn items, excluding custom pieces, are eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) if returned within 30 days of receiving the order. Please click here to initiate a return. Your request must include Contact Info, Order #, Date of Purchase and a brief description for the return.

ALL CUSTOM WORK SALES ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE.

We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as on items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.

Return Cost

All cost of returns or exchanges will be at the responsibility of the customer, unless item is delivered damaged or faulty.
